Information on shipping, delivery, payment, returns, and exchanges
Your order at Procapo will be processed with the utmost care and reliably shipped. We deliver worldwide to your desired address. Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €50. All applicable shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you at checkout.
Shipping generally takes 3–4 business days. After handover to the shipping service provider, you will, of course, receive a shipping confirmation by email including tracking information. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Various secure payment options are available to you at checkout. The available payment methods will be displayed directly during the order process.
Returns & Exchanges
Should an item not fit or not meet your expectations, the following conditions apply to returns and exchanges:
- Returns within the EU are possible; the customer bears the return shipping costs.
- In Germany, returns are free of charge for you.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from non-EU countries.
- For every return or exchange, it is essential that the return form / exchange form enclosed with your delivery is fully completed and included with the return. Otherwise, processing may not be possible or may be delayed.
