Conditions for redeeming promotional vouchers

Promotional vouchers are discount codes or vouchers offered by Procapo as part of limited-time promotions. Unless otherwise specified in the respective promotional terms and conditions, the following regulations apply.

  • Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order.
  • Combination with other promotional vouchers is not possible, unless explicitly permitted.
  • A specified minimum order value must be met for the voucher to be valid.
  • The voucher can only be redeemed in the Procapo online shop during the specified promotional period.
  • For promotions with particularly high demand, shipping may be slightly delayed.
  • If the minimum order value is subsequently not met due to a return, the benefit of the promotional voucher or the value of a premium may be charged retrospectively.
