If the items you ordered in the store do not fit, do not suit you or do not suit you for other reasons, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason. 

Return costs 

 We will bear the costs of returning goods within Germany if you request a DHL return label from us at info@procapo.de. If you initiate a return shipment that was not booked through us, you must bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Please note that we cannot subsequently refund any postage costs. Return costs for items reduced in price at the time of ordering are always to be borne by the buyer. In the event of an unjustified return of reduced items, the corresponding return costs (€ 7.90) will be deducted from the purchase price refund. Returns from abroad are always to be borne by the buyer.
